Every Fiverr seller wants to be more effective to get more sales, and while there is no sure way to increase profits, there are a few methods that can dramatically increase the odds of earning more.
I know this because I’ve implemented these updates myself. Since joining Fiverr in June 2015, I’ve tweaked my Gigs to help them be the best they can be, and it’s succeeded. I’ve seen my Fiverr sales slowly grow, see more repeat orders, and eventually deal with customers who have a much better understanding of what I sell and are interested in buying from me.
Anyway, I know you’re impatient to get to the good stuff, so here are some ideas for optimising your Gigs for better results.
A Video
According to Fiverr, videos boost engagement by up to 40%. They also do something extremely important: they foster trust. Trust is one of the most important facets of selling online, and on Fiverr, you are selling yourself. Videos encourage you to speak directly to your client, explain what you want to do, and establish a link.
The Right Gig Title
The most important aspects of your Fiverr Gig is the title. It’s your first opportunity, along with your Gig picture, to tell customers precisely what services you have. Think of what a customer is searching for, and write names that suggest you can satisfy that desire.
Look for other gigs titles in your niche. Consider making your Gigs a bit more focused— rather than simply saying “I will develop your website,” suggest “I will develop an eCommerce Website.”
In the title, use expressionistic words — instead of saying “I will write blog posts,” say “I will write lovely, strong blog posts.”
Unique Images
Never underestimate the impact of a single picture on your Fiverr gigs. They have an opportunity to illustrate your productivity as well as the path you take. They have another opportunity to verify your services and establish a relationship.
Appealing Gig Description
Your Gig title, picture and other things will help your Gig appear in the Fiverr marketplace, but it’s the description that will land a job. The best representations have some characteristics in common, and these are as follows:
Speak clearly to the customer, using words such as “you” and “your company.”
Tell them what makes your services special and why they should prefer you over your rivals.
Showcase your knowledge, wisdom, and skills.
Inform the customer on how the service would serve them.
Keywords
Consider the keywords that a potential client can enter into the search. Examine Google Trends and keyword analysis to see what users are looking for. Make use of such keywords.
Create Fiverr Gig Packages
Any Gig may be combined with one of three “packages.” You can offer your customers three sets of packages.
Create three packages: basic, standard, and premium, each with a different quality of service, choice, and pricing.
In the explanations of each package, be very simple and concise. This ensures that the customer knows exactly what they’re getting.
FAQs
Among the most under used aspects of the gig creation process. You have ten FAQ locations, and you should want to use all of them. Consider what your customer may like to know about the gig and craft an appropriate answer. It’s another chance to show that you appreciate their requirements and can have a solution that meets them.

Gig Language
It’s great if you can market to customers in your native language. Simply use proper wording, syntax, pronunciation, and punctuation. If English is your second or third language, for example, you can get it tested by a native speaker; minor grammatical errors will turn off buyers. When you’re up against so many other sellers, it’s important to get it just right.
Make the Requirements Form
When it comes to completing tasks, the specifications screen is your best mate. Consider what input you need from clients in order to produce a high-quality output — whether they enjoy what you’ve made, they’re more likely to become return customers.
Ask as many questions as you need to, decide which fields should be required, and add context where appropriate.
That’s all — some useful advice to help you increase your probability of selling. While there are no promises, if you read and execute these updates, you would more likely get better Gigs than many other sellers on the Fiverr.
